Jeffrey J. Chludzinski founded OFG for Business to help small to mid-size company entrepreneurs and owners take hold of their company and increase both profits and revenue in a systematic way using proven best practices from major U.S. and international corporations. Jeff is an experienced President / COO / CFO who has accelerated revenue and profit growth for national multi-branch operations providing Technologies and Services – Medical Diagnostics, Software Development, Patient and Staff Protection Systems, Medical Device Sterilization, Contract Staffing, Passenger Screening and Student Travel and Special Event Security. Jeff has been regarded as a turnaround and startup specialist with strong organizational ability managing national sales forces, improving cultures and structures. His innovative approach to finding efficiencies to reduce costs and improve margins has been the cornerstone of his success.
Most recently Jeff served as CFO and COO of FCS, a national contract security company based in Jacksonville, FL. Prior to FCS, Jeff served as a Consultant CEO of a start-up sales and distribution company, Airborne Data Imaging Group, Inc., based in Philadelphia. ADIG was focused on bringing a revolutionary medical diagnostic test (The Multifunction Cardiograph – MCG) to market. Additionally, Jeff served in several C-level roles with a suite of NY-based service companies (McRoberts Corporation). He was COO and CFO of the holding company, McRoberts Corporation, as well as COO and CFO of McRoberts Protective Agency, Inc., the oldest manned security company in America; President of McRoberts Security Technologies, a software development and systems integration company specializing in WIFI and RFID patient protection systems; President of SteriKit, Inc. a medical device sterilization and re-processing company and President of Hanover Security Reports, Inc., an audit and marketing company.
Prior to joining McRoberts, Jeff had been Executive Vice President for Rentokil-Initial Group’s U.S. security subsidiary; Director of Business Development for Constellation Systems, Inc., an H1B Labor IT Consulting Company; and General Manager for AHL Services providing transportation, cargo and warehousing and airport services on a contract staffing basis.
Jeff is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY with a BS in General Engineering and an elective concentration in Economics. After graduation he served as an Infantry Officer in several leadership positions to include Company Commander, Aide-de-Camp for the Adjutant General of the Army and as a Propaganda Development Officer with 5th Special Forces Group (Airborne) in Central Africa.
In addition to his Executive Career, Jeff currently serves on the Board of Advisors for FOR Solutions, llc – a bio-technology company focused on environmental sustainability and has served on the Client Advisory Board for TEAM Financial Software, Omaha, NE, the Board of Directors of FCS Security, Jacksonville, FL, the Board of Directors of the Southern Middlesex County (NJ) Chamber of Commerce and as a Trustee for the Local 18, I.S.O.P.P.G.U. Pension Fund.
